The Boardroom Governance Summit is committed to delivering a high-quality event experience for all participants. By registering for the Summit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Registration Fees
All registration fees must be paid in full before attendance is confirmed.
Registration fees cover access to the event and any benefits included in the selected registration package.
2. No Refund Policy
All registrations for the Boardroom Governance Summit are final.
Registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, personal circumstances, or any other reason.
Participants are encouraged to carefully review their availability and event details before completing registration.
3. Transfer of Registration
If a registered participant is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to another individual, subject to approval by the Summit organizers.
Requests for registration transfers must be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) days before the event date.
The organizers reserve the right to approve or decline transfer requests at their discretion.
4. Event Postponement
If the Boardroom Governance Summit is postponed, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new event date.
Registration fees will not be refunded due to postponement.
5. Event Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that the Summit is cancelled by the organizers and not rescheduled, participants may be offered a credit toward a future event or another remedy at the sole discretion of the organizers.
6. Non-Refundable Expenses
The organizers are not responsible for reimbursing any costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to:
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation costs
- Visa fees
- Meals
- Transportation
- Any other personal expenses
7. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be liable for refunds, compensation, or damages arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, strikes, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.
